What the police will tell me is that they believe that the victim is 35 year old Simon Ross, a well known journalist based here in London, with Guardian newspaper.
It appears that he was gunned down right in the middle of Waterloo
Station, of course, around 15:45 this afternoon, in full view of
hundreds of commuters...
